Shipping and delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, by DHL Express with full tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order and is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days; DHL Express then delivers in 2–4 business days, excluding any time held in customs.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to 54 countries, including the USA, Canada, the UK and most of Europe. Checkout tells you before you pay if your country is not covered. Full list of countries →
Will I pay import duties?
Orders arriving from outside your customs area may attract import duty or VAT, payable by you on delivery. It is not included in the price at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also look it up on the Track an Order page with your order number and email. Track an order →
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unworn, unused and in its original packaging with tags attached. Email us first for a return authorisation number. Returns policy →
Who pays for returns?
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges you pay the return postage, and a 20% restocking fee applies where the law permits. Damaged or wrong items are our responsibility — report them within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes. One size exchange per order is offered for jackets and shoes: return the original in returnable condition and we send the replacement free.
How fast are refunds?
Within 14 days of the returned item reaching us and passing inspection, to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Free of charge until production starts, usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email contact@bagonsales.shop with your order number.
Payment and prices
How can I pay?
With PayPal, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure checkout — no PayPal account is needed to pay by card.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The price shown includes free delivery. The only possible extra is import duty or VAT in your own country.
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes — sign up to our newsletter for 10% off your first order.
Products and sizing
Are your bags real leather?
Yes. Every product page states its material: full-grain, pebbled, soft-grain, suede or croco-embossed leather. Croco pieces are embossed leather, not reptile skin.
How are products made?
Every piece is made to order by our manufacturing partner after you order it, then shipped directly to you.
What sizes do jackets come in?
US S to 3XL, cut as a regular fit. Our size guide explains how to measure; if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Size guide →
What sizes do shoes come in?
Sizes differ by style; each product page lists its US, UK and EU sizes.
How do I look after leather?
Wipe it with a dry cloth, condition it once or twice a year and keep it away from heat. Suede needs brushing and a protector spray. Leather care guide →
