Delivery options

DHL Express — Tracked · 2–4 business days. Free.

Every parcel travels with DHL Express, fully tracked. Delivery windows are counted in business days from dispatch, and exclude any time held in customs.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to 54 countries. If yours is not listed, checkout will say so before you pay.

North America (courier transit 2–3 days): Canada, United States.

Europe (courier transit 1–3 days): Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Åland Islands.

Where your order ships from

Every piece is made to order by our manufacturing partner in China and handed to DHL Express as soon as it is finished, so it travels once, straight to you.

Orders arriving from outside your customs union may attract import duty or VAT, which is payable by you on delivery and is not included in the price shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships, and appears on the order page in your account. You can also look it up at any time from the Track an Order page using your order number and email address.

Tracking can take up to a day to show its first scan after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Returns

Returns and size exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and meet the conditions on our Returns & Refunds page at /returns. Return postage is paid by the customer; a restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
